PIGEON, Thomas Lorne

Passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital at the age of 85.  Thomas was born on March 18, 1937 in Huntsville to parents Lorne & Mary Pigeon.  He is survived by his life partner of 25 years, Eleanor West.  Father of Patti Bates and the late David Bates.  Dear brother of Jake (Bonnie) Pigeon and uncle to Forrest and Skye.  Tom will also be missed by the Barnhart family.

A private gathering to take place at a later date.  Tom was born in Huntsville and passed in Huntsville, his true home was Algonquin Park where he grew up, lived, paddled and worked a great deal of his life - a true outdoorsman.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Huntsville or Friends of Algonquin Park in lieu of flowers.
