MURPHY, Peter Francis

It is with a heavy heart, I announce that Peter “Murph” passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer’s on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at the age of 74.  Peter is the beloved husband of Mary-Lin.  Loving brother to Paul (Joanne), Marilyn (Paul), Mary Helen (Ed) and Mike (Anne).  He leaves behind 13 fabulous nieces and nephews, along with, too many to count, great-nieces and nephews whom he dearly loved.  Dear brother-in-law to Cathy Peters and MIchael (Pat).  He will be dearly missed by his many friends both near and far.  Pre-deceased by his parents Lawrence and Anna Murphy.

A funeral mass will be said on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at St. Mary's of the Assumption Parish, Huntsville, Ontario at 11:00 a.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Muskoka, The Table Soup Kitchen Foundation or to the Breast Cancer Society.

His smile will live on.
