Mervin Booth Mr.

Booth, Mervin Lloyd passed away on Tuesday October 24th, 2017 in his 86th year in Huntsville, Ontario, surrounded by his loving family. Mervin was formerly of Innisfil, Ontario. Beloved husband of the late Alice Anne (Fitzsimmins), and the late Audrey Mae (Gillespie). Loving father of Anne (Tim), David (Carol), Stephen (late Mary Jane), Joan (Rob). Loving Papa of 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his sister Muriel, nieces Nancy, Heather, Linda, his stepchildren Don (Marion), Bev and all of their families. He was predeceased by his sister Hazel. Mervin was highly respected in the community of Stroud and was a long time member of St. James United Church, Innisfil Chapter O.E.S., Minerva Lodge, and received his Scottish Rite 32nd degree. He played the tuba and was an active member of the Barrie Concert Band until 2013. The family wishes to thank the staff at Fairvern Nursing Home in Huntsville for their exceptional care and support.
