Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital in his 95th year.  Max was born on April 3, 1925 to parents Clyde and Violet (nee Flemming) Filmore.  Beloved husband of the late Betty (Orr) Filmore who predeceased Max on February 13, 2010.  Loving father of Rob and Martin (Cindy) Filmore.  Proud grandpa of Scott (Kelly), Doug (Brittany), Betty-Jean (Greg), Curt, Scott and David.  Great-grandpa of Aubree, Alexis, Ava, Max, Kaylee, Emma, Mackenzie, Matthew and Grace.

Interment to take place at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Hamilton.  As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.  Messages of condolence can be left at www.billingsleyfuneralhome.com
