Lorry Richard Smith

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lorry Richard Smith at his home on March 28, 2025, at the age of 70.  Lorry was born in Sault Ste. Marie on November 15, 1954, to Lester Smith and Anita Fergason. 

Lorry was self-employed and owned his own business “Proactive Print Management.”  Through his work he made many friends. Lorry loved flying and spent years building an ultralight aircraft. He also loved golfing and would look forward to the boy’s golf weeks away.

Lorry is survived by his dear wife Deb Rudack and their four-legged boy, Peejay. He is also survived by his brothers Rob (Vivian) and Raymond (Linda) and his niece Holly Smith. Lorry is predeceased by his parents Lester and Anita and his younger brother Billy Smith.  A Celebration of Life for Lorry will be held on Saturday, April 12th at Billingsley Funeral Home, 430 Ravenscliffe Road, Huntsville from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Muskoka Victim Services.
