Kenneth Paul Simpson

July 9, 1951 --- January 8, 2024 (12:05 am)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our cherished Husband, Dad and Grandpa at 72 years of age on Monday, January 8th, 2024, surrounded by the love of his family, at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital.

Ken has been the devoted and loving Husband, best friend and soulmate of Brenda for the past 50 years, the supportive and loving Dad of Michelle and Jason (Nicki) and the proudest Grandpa of Alyssa, Ash, Amy and Jackson.

Ken knew the value of hard work and worked very hard to take care of his family.  He was the backbone of our family unit. 

Ken was a very kind and generous man and was always ready to lend a helping hand when needed.

Ken loved the outdoors and was always busy doing something whether it be cutting the grass, snow blowing the driveway with his tractor, cutting next year's firewood or taking care of his animals.  When Ken wasn't outside during the winter months, you could find him sitting inside watching a Toronto Maple Leafs hockey game on the TV. 

Rest easy Ken, Dad, Grandpa.  You have left your family with many fond memories and you will always be remembered for the good man that you are.

In keeping with Ken's wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
