Jannette Louise (May) Brown

BROWN, Jannette Louise (nee May)

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Algonquin Grace Residential Hospice in her 79th year.  Jannette was born on January 9, 1944, to Frank and Ella (nee Smith) May.  She is the beloved wife of the late Graham Douglas Brown who predeceased Jannette in 2003 after celebrating 60 years of marriage.  Jannette is survived by five sons and one daughter, Ian (Erika), Mark (Susan), Pam (Kevin) Lupton, Keith (Annette), Neal (Karen) and Glenn (Molly).  Predeceased by her son Ted and daughter-in-law Debbie.  Cherished grandmother of Nicole, Bradly, Jordan, Scott, Kristen, Cooper, Carter, Amy, Cara, Gryphon, Xena, Zoe, Sami and Cody.  Dear sister of Allan (Bev), Lorraine (Steve) Best, predeceased by her brother Stevie.

Jannette dedicated her life to her family and community.  She had a passion for all animals.  She will truly be missed by her many extended family members and friends.

Family invite friends to a visitation being held on Friday, March 11, 2022, at Billingsley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until time of service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m.   Jannette will be laid to rest in the spring at Hutcheson Memorial Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to Hospice Huntsville or Huntsville Hospital Foundation.  Messages of condolence can be left at www.billingsleyfuneralhome.com
