Isabel was born Isabel Florence Mac Intosh in Owen Sound Ontario on May 12, 1934 to Benson and Loreena (Nee Cochrane).

Isabel met her true love William Donald Watson at the age of 14 and they were happily married for 67 years.

Isabel`s faith was an important part of her life, accepting Christ at a very young age.

Bill and Isabel spent their lives as founding members of Faith Baptist church they spent many years enjoying time with different friends from Faith travelling, snowmobiling, and always doing these things in a large group.

Isabel was always surrounded by friends and family. Besides being an amazing mother to her own children, Isabell looked after many other children and touched many lives. Filling them all with love.

Mom loved selling Avon. Avon was a way to socialize with other women in the neighborhood. She eventually went on to a fulfilling time working at Fairvern Nursing Home. She loved working with the elderly. Going on to a job at IGA enjoying the customers at the deli.

Isabel spent her life the very proud wife of an OPP officer. One of her proudest moments was being honoured by the Government of Canada had a ceremony along with 15 other police officer’s wives. The women were acknowledged for their hard work in passing a bill making bullet proof vests a permanent part of the everyday police uniform for all police across Canada.  Mom was a very special, caring, strong woman. Moms Favourite Poem

I see the countless Christmas trees around the world below, with tiny lights, like Heaven`s stars reflecting on the snow. The site is so spectacular, please wipe away that tear, for I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year. I hear the many Christmas songs that people hold so dear, but the sounds of music can’t compare with the Christmas choir up here. I have no words to tell you of the joy their voices bring, for it is beyond description to hear the angels sing. I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heart. But I’m not so far away, we really aren’t apart. So be happy for me dear ones, you know I hold you near, and be glad I’m spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year. I sent you each a special gift from my heavenly home above, I sent you each a memory of undying love. After all love is a gift more precious than pure gold, it was always most important in the stories Jesus told. Please love and keep each other as my Father said to do, for I can’t count the blessings or the love He has for you. So, have a Merry Christmas and wipe aways that tear, remembering spending Christmas with Jesus this year.
