In Loving Memory of Harold John Martini

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved father, Harold Martini on September 15th, 2024, at the age of 75. Harold is now reunited with his parents Sesto and Mary, his sister Diane, and brother Robby.

Harold will be sorely missed as a husband and friend to Chris, a loving father to Lauren and Adam (Joanna), and a proud Papa to Oliver and Charlie whom he adored. His grandchildren brought him immense joy, and he cherished every moment spent with them. He was also an adored brother to Richard, Sydney, Mary, Pam, and Patrick.

Harold had an extraordinary gift for connecting with people, always ready to partake in conversation and share a laugh, but above all, his family was the center of his world. He had a special love for dogs, whose companionship brought him great happiness throughout his life. Harold worked at Stelco for many years and had been enjoying his retirement for 18 years with the past 3 years being in Muskoka. His love, wisdom, and big heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 4-7 p.m. If so desired, memorial donations to your choice would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences can be made at www.markeydermody.com.
