Edward Wood

Edward John (Ted) Wood passed away on August 1st in Huntsville Hospital. He is missed beyond belief by his wife Joan, his sons Shawn (Susan) and Tim (Laurie), his four granddaughters Madisen, Gillian, Mya and Georgia, his sister Barb and family, and many close friends and relatives. A gathering will be held at Ted & Joan's house on September 22 at 1 pm to honour and remember a wonderfully honest, kind and thoughtful man who played such a significant role in so many lives. For those who wish, the family asks for donations to the Huntsville Hospital Emergency Department or the Heart and Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers. A special thank you to Huntsville Hospital staff, (especially Dr. Megan Stephenson) who have been a tremendous source of care, strength, support and love for Ted and Joan.
