TOUSEANT, Daniel Walter

Daniel Walter Touseant of Dorset, Ontario passed away suddenly on September 23, 2020 at Royal Victoria Regional Health Care in Barrie at the age of 80.  Daniel was born  in 1939 to parents Dyrick and Margaret Touseant in Pembroke.  He is predeceased by his wife of 40 years Barbara Stanish, his second wife, Sandra Portner of 3 years and later married Janice McClymont in 2012.

After many years working as a manager in the manufacturing sector, Dan retired and quickly learned to love the life of retirement.  An avid Toronto Maple Leaf’s fan, Dan also enjoyed hunting, fishing and being a great friend to all.

Daniel is survived by his children, Michelle (Brian) Zabel, Lisa (Jason) Paddle, Dan (Danielle) Touseant, Daniel (Lisa) Touseant, Chelsea Kwandibens and Rose George.  Beloved and very proud grampa to 9 and great-grampa to 1.   Brother to his surviving siblings, Ellen and Dorothy.
