Christopher Thomas Vernon

Christopher Thomas Vernon passed away on August 29th, 2021 at the age of 64 in his beloved Lake of Bays cottage. Chris is survived by his beautiful wife Dianne. He was a proud Grampa to Adelaide, father to Jessica, Sarah and Taylor, and brother to Peter. Chris was predeceased by parents Tom and Sally and brother Timothy.

A fierce Canadian who loved the Florida sun and the opportunity to play golf year-round, Chris was a man full of funny stories and endless knowledge. He was a life-long lover of music and avid concert-goer. He relished spending time in nature and had a real love of animals, especially his cherished French bull dogs, Remy and Macie.  Chris will be deeply missed and thought of anytime classic rock is played, Kraft Dinner is made, or when looking out at the lake.

A private memorial will be held for close family and friends. If so desired, donations may be made in Chris’s memory to the Princess Margaret Foundation.
