GRAHAM, Cecile Denise

Passed away suddenly on Friday, December 4th, 2020 at her residence in Emsdale. Cecile was born on March 23, 1953 in Albon, Ontario to parents Amedore and Rosalie Seguin.  Beloved wife of Douglas Graham.  Loving mother of Tracy Graham-Urwin (Ken) and Tammy Graham (Eric).  Cherished grandmother of Raven Smith, Tamara Urwin, Austin Urwin, Hannah Cloutier, Brody Cloutier and Ty Cloutier.  Cecile will be dearly missed by the Seguin family, Graham Family, Penbrook family and her Florida family.

In keeping with Cecile’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.  Messages of condolence can be left at www.billingsleyfuneralhome.com
