PLESTED, Beverlie Maura (nee van Dunk)

Passed away peacefully on February 28, 2023 at The Pines Long Term Care in Bracebridge in her 103rd year.  Beverlie was born on February 5, 1921 in Toronto, Ontario to parents Percival and Aura (nee Hood) van Dunk. Loving wife of the late Archie Murray and Gordon Plested.  Beloved mother of Alexa Fuller-Orr, Sandra Butler and David Murray.  Cherished grandmother of Crystal (Kevin), Kevin (Linda), Christopher (Krystal), Andrea (Ryan), Seanna, Reid (Michelle), Jason (Robin), Rebecca, Marcus (Maria), Ryan, Steven, and Lisa.  Dear sister of Marie Challacombe.  Loved and will be dearly missed by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.  Predeceased by her son Robert Murray and his wife Elizabeth and daughter Carol Hillman, grandchildren Derek Butler and Dallas Puharich.

As per Bev's wishes, a visitation will not take place.  A private family service will take place at a later date.  She will be laid to rest alongside her children's father Archie Murray in Port Sydney.  She will be greatly and sadly missed by all.  As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made the The Pines Long Term Care who were wonderful in the care she received.  A special thank you to Dr. Cross.
