Alexa Jane Fuller

September 29, 1946 — April 1, 2024

Utterson, Ontario

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Alexa Jane Fuller on April 1, 2024, after her battle with cancer.

Alexa was born in Montreal then moved to Toronto while spending her summers and weekends at their family cottage at Hoods Road on Mary Lake. The family moved to Huntsville where they owned multiple restaurants. Alexa met her late husband, Gary Fuller, while working on Highway 60 at the Satellite Restaurant.

Alexa is survived by her 4 children Crystal (Kevin), Kevin (Linda), Christopher (Krystal), and Andrea (Ryan). Alexa was the proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren: Christina, Jamie, Michael, Aura-ley, Jasmine, Tristan, Rhysen, Jaxx, and Liam, and 7 great-grandchildren; Benny, Anna, August, Maisyn, Fallon, Jack, and Myles. She is also survived by her sister Sandra Butler and her children Jason (Robyn) and daughter, Rebecca, and by her brother David Murray and his children Lisa, Ryan, and Steven.

Mom always remembered everyone’s birthdays and anniversaries; she was the Calendar Queen. Alexa was well known at Smith’s Gulf in Port Sydney for running the restaurant and for her beautiful smile and jet-black hair.

We have been so blessed to have her as our mom and to have witnessed her love and devotion to her family and friends.

Many thanks to the doctors at the hospital and hospice for the comfort and care they provided.
